MezuzahStore.com ships to the USA and most other countries via USPS. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the type of shipping service you choose. If you would like to know the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add the items to your cart and log in to your account. All of your shipping options and prices will be displayed. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.

If you need something shipped to a country which is not on our list of locations, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Some countries add taxes and duties to commercial packages entering the country. If taxes are collected, USPS may charge an additional fee at time of delivery for collecting those taxes. MezuzahStore.com has no way of predicting what items will be taxed. If you want to check on this. You may call the post office before placing your order. They should be able to tell you what taxes and fees if any will be added on to your order upon delivery.

Once your package is shipped, you should recieve and email with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order. MezuzahStore.com is closed on Shabbat and most Jewish Holidays. Orders made while we are closed will be shipped as soon as we are open.

We stand behind every product that we sell 100%. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product that you receive from us, just return it within 30 days with a note telling us why you are not satisfied for a full refund (we do not refund shipping cost).
