It's a solid Mezuzah

Overall, I'm super happy with the order.

I fell in love with the design when I saw it on the website and I loved it even more when it arrived. The pewter gives it a solid weighty feel which was something I was looking for. I wanted something that wasn't too over the top but that also reflected the holiness of the words contained within. This design was perfect for me. Once I got it up on my wall, I felt confident it was safe and secure. It's a beautiful piece.

Some things to keep in mind:

- This doesn't come with a back. There isn't a plate or something behind it that is made of metal that holds the scroll in. It instead included this sticky tape layer which holds the scroll inside. I ordered a scroll with it and it was already inside and sealed when it arrived. I preferred that just from a convenience standpoint. This works well enough for my needs as this is mounted inside my home. If you are looking to mount this outside (say your front door) I'd suggest a fixture to ensure the edge is sealed against the elements.

- The mounting hoops on the top and bottom stick out slightly more than the rest of the Mezuzah (at least on mine). The problem with this is when I tried to stick it to the wall with the tape it comes with, the hoops prevent the Mezuzah case from pressing flush against the wall (so the tape alone couldn't make contact to stick to the wall) This isn't a problem if you're mounting it with nails/screws but if you're expecting the tape to do all of the work, I'd suggest being prepared with a hammer or drill.

- The order included a set of screws for mounting it. I ended up using some nails I had for convenience. It would be a cool addition to the order process if you offered buyers the option of nails or screws, depending on their needs.

Keep in mind, these are constructive criticisms, not complaints. I absolutely love the piece and I'd order again from here. This was a great purchase overall.

Awesome mezuzah

The mezuzah is beautiful and striking when hung up. The nails that came did not fit at all and its shape made the sticky tape useless so I used my own screws+glue. As far as the mezuzah goes, it’s awesome!!
