First time

I live in a Jewish neighborhood and myself am not Jewish; however, I respect the traditional ways for this house that will likely house those of the Jewish faith in the future (as it has in the past) and regularly have Jewish friends visit now. I do this for you in hopes of greater understanding and closeness of spirit. Thank you for your information to understand the process, not just the object itself. I am arranging help in installing it soon after Passover. (But it also a beautiful object!)

Surprised About the Tape On The Back

The mezuzah is beautiful. Unfortunately, the back of the Mezuzah was covered with a thick layer of double-sided tape, which was not applied very carefully. Also, the tape holds the scroll in the Mezuzah, so it cannot be just removed. I wish I had been told about the tape before I purchased the Mezuzah. I mounted the mezuzah with the two screws that were provided, which are far too long.

Understated, great quality. The blue stones add just the right hint of contrast with the pewter. Good company. Fast shipping.
