I am a practicing Buddhist. But one of my Jewish girlfriends told me it was okay for me to put one of these on my door way. So I got one and after watching a YouTube video, I put it on my front door
I am very pleased with my purchase of this mezuzah case. I also purchased a scroll at the same time. I ran into an issue when the case arrived because the scroll was not present in the box. I could not tell if the scroll had been inserted into the case as the case was sealed. I reached out for clarification and after two emails, I finally received a response letting me know that, yes, the scroll was in the case (along with an apology for the delayed response). I would certainly be open to using the website for a future purchase.
Lovely wood. Some of the paint was worn off the shin. I thought I'd be getting 2 nails and got strong mounting tape (MY FAULT), as I thought it was included and not an option. When I order again (and I will), I'll ask for nails for that particular one.
Solid construction, quality manufacture with prayer. Aesthetically simple. Bottom screw for all weather. Strong adhesive for variable surfaces. Would order again.
Not as pretty as pictured, much darker. Wish I had read the other reviews. There is two sided tape at the back to keep the scroll in and the edges show, it looks tacky. I will probably return.
The Pez Mezuzah is beautiful and going to look very nice on my new front entry door. The only problem I have is the back of it does not protect the scroll that I kept from my old mezuzah. I am hoping it is not going to get wet if it doesn't lay flat on the door frame. I've had the scroll for 35 years. My other mezuzah had a cover over the scroll. I sent an email to the company, but I have not heard from them yet, as to how to protect the scroll.

This is the most beautifully colored sacred piece I could have ever hoped for. I feel the Rose Mitzva Mezuzah was created with Faith, and I am blessed to have received it. I said the Blessing, and then mounted my Mezuzah on the patio door. Thank you for inserting the scroll and mounting nails. My home feels full of His loving, glorious presence already.

I had a few problems with my order. The slot on the back is 4" long but the ends narrow down so it is less than 4" long at the bottom of the scroll compartment. It would not fit my 4" scroll.
The mezuzah arrived damaged. It was bent as shown in the photos I uploaded. There was a break in the metal from the degree of deformity (inside the blue circle draw on the photo).
Over a two week period I sent 3 emails, made two phone calls (where I spoke with someone) and sent a written letter containing photos of the damage along with mezuzah when I mailed it back.
They refunded the purchase price of the mezuzah but they did not refund any of the shipping charges which is inconsistent with the policy on their website for damaged merchandise. They didn't respond to any of my emails and when I called both times I was brushed off.
I am unable to retrieve the scroll from within the mezuzah because whomever placed the scroll inside did not thread the screw appropriately. I cannot remove the screw from the housing without further damaging it.
Beautiful design and classic appearance. I am proud and thankful to display a Mezuzah on my home. I plan to purchase a few more for gifts to my family members.
