The straps on this Basic Kosher Tefillin set are 15mm wide, so they are wider than the 11mm you are looking for. We use 15mm retzuot because it is a strong, standard width that holds up well with regular use and gives extra margin over the minimum width as tefillin straps naturally wear over time.
