Our 90-day guarantee
You have a full 90 days to return or exchange your purchase, no questions asked. Refunds go to your original payment method, and you can start a return yourself through your account or by emailing service@mezuzahstore.com. (We would still love a note telling us why it was not right, so we can do better next time.)
Who pays return shipping
If we got it wrong, your item arrived damaged, not as described, not as pictured, or a different size than advertised, return shipping is on us, always. If you simply changed your mind or the style is not right for your doorway, we ask that you cover the return shipping, and we will still gladly refund or exchange within the 90 days.

Every kosher mezuzah scroll we sell is handwritten on klaf by a certified sofer STaM and carefully checked before it ships. If a scroll we sold you is ever found not kosher by a qualified examiner, we will replace it.
