The Modern Colored Stone Inlay Charcoal Cement Mezuzah is a modern cement mezuzah case that pairs clean geometry with a striking, colorful inlay for a look that feels bold but still refined. Made in Israel from cement, it features a smooth matte charcoal-gray body, a raised Shin (ש), and a recessed window filled with shimmering river-stone-style pieces in blue, green, and iridescent tones. The slim mezuzah cover catches the light beautifully without losing its clean architectural character.
The contrast is what makes this design work: solid, minimalist cement frames a vibrant mosaic-like center. Among our cement mezuzahs, this piece stands out for the movement and color within its inlay. Its narrow shape and charcoal finish also make it a natural choice for shoppers drawn to modern mezuzahs for contemporary homes, apartments, and offices.

Choosing a 5-Inch Kosher Klaf for This Mezuzah Case
This case fits a kosher scroll up to 5 inches. The mezuzah case is the protective holder, while the mitzvah and kosher status apply to the handwritten parchment placed inside. Choose a correctly sized mezuzah klaf that can rest inside without being folded, trimmed, crushed, pinched, pierced, compressed, or forced.
A kosher mezuzah scroll is handwritten on parchment by a trained sofer STaM. If you add a compatible kosher scroll to your order, Mezuzah Store can carefully roll, wrap, protect, and insert it into the case before shipping. If you already own a properly sized scroll, the case may also be ordered on its own.
Colorful Stone Inlay on a Modern Cement Mezuzah
- Matte charcoal finish: Clean, modern, and understated
- Multicolor inlay window: Shimmering stone-style pieces create depth and movement
- Raised Shin (ש): A traditional Hebrew detail presented in a sleek contemporary form
The blue, green, and iridescent center gives this piece the expressive character of our colorful mezuzahs, while the charcoal cement keeps the overall look grounded and versatile. It makes a meaningful Jewish housewarming, wedding, new-apartment, or office gift and brings tradition into a modern setting with color and character.
