Shipping policy

Mezuzah Store ships to the USA and most other countries.

Domestic rates
Standard domestic shipping is a flat $5, and shipping is free on domestic orders over $100. Faster USPS and UPS services are priced live at checkout based on your address, order size, and speed. Add your items to the cart and continue to checkout to see every option and price available for your order. You do not need an account to see rates.

Handling and delivery
Most orders ship the same or next business day after you place your order. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship, and California and West Coast addresses often arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Faster services are available at checkout when you need something sooner. Once your package ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order.

Store pickup
You are welcome to pick your order up at our Los Angeles store at 1440 1/2 S Robertson Blvd. Select pickup at checkout, and your order will usually be ready within 4 hours. We will send you a notification as soon as it is ready to collect.

Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Saturday closed

Mezuzah Store is closed on Shabbat and most Jewish holidays. Orders placed while we are closed will be shipped as soon as we reopen. You can order online any time, 24 hours a day.

International orders
We ship worldwide through USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Flat rate international shipping starts at $12 depending on your destination, express options are available, and free international shipping applies to select countries on larger orders. Your exact options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. If you need something shipped to a country that is not on our list of locations, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Some countries add taxes and duties to commercial packages entering the country. If taxes are collected, the carrier may charge an additional fee at time of delivery for collecting them. Mezuzah Store has no way of predicting what items will be taxed. If you want to check on this before placing your order, your local customs office or post office should be able to tell you what taxes and fees, if any, will be added upon delivery.

If an item is out of stock
From time to time a product listed on our site may be found to be out of stock. In the event that this happens, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email to find out whether you would like to wait for the product, change your order, or cancel your order.
