Warm brown wood and silver pewter give the Classic Wood Extra Large mezuzah case a timeless, understated look with enough height to stand out on a larger doorway. As a mezuzah cover, it feels traditional, natural, and dignified, making it a strong choice for a front entrance, study, office, or family doorway.
The wood-and-pewter combination gives this mezuzah holder a balanced character: warm enough for a Jewish home, but simple enough to work with many door styles. For customers drawn to natural materials, this piece fits naturally with our wood mezuzah cases.
Made in Israel, this extra large case offers a more prominent doorway presence than a standard-sized mezuzah. The slim profile keeps the look clean, while the height gives the sacred scroll inside a more visible and dignified setting.

Classic Wood Mezuzah Scroll Guidance
This extra large mezuzah case can hold a range of kosher mezuzah scroll sizes, depending on the option selected. The outer case adds beauty and presence, but the mitzvah (מִצְוָה, commandment) depends on the kosher klaf (קְלָף, parchment) inside.
If you choose No Scroll, we will ship your mezuzah case without a scroll inside. Choose this option if you already have a kosher scroll that fits this case.
If you need a scroll as well, you can choose the Basic Kosher Scroll, the larger Superior Kosher Scroll, or another compatible scroll option shown on the product page. If you choose one of these options, we can ship your mezuzah with the scroll carefully rolled and inserted inside the case.
When this mezuzah is shipped with a scroll already inserted, we seal the back with double-sided tape to help create an airtight seal, making the case usable on exterior doorways when properly sealed. Customers can also compare kosher scroll for mezuzah options for other doorway needs.
Since this style uses tape mounting, our guide to mounting tape can help explain when adhesive installation is appropriate for a mezuzah.
