Poor customer service

Perfect size for my door frame and love the design
But for some reason, the adhesive is not adhering to the door frame and I find the mezuzah on the floor. I have emailed the mezuzah store - no response
And called- no response !!

This mezuzah is a perfect size. I live in an apartment building where there are restrictions on all ornaments on the door
