I wanted a blue mezuzah with silver highlights, but this one is ALL black! It looks like it was dipped in black enamel. Even the silver shin is black! What's incredible is that I spoke to the owner, and he told me he *knew* the color did not match the picture, but still was dishonest enough to send it to me! This company does NOT refund shipping costs, plus you have to spend additional shipping to send it back to them. So you will have to pay double shipping, on top of the aggravation of being taken advantage of! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering--MANY other buyers reported (and showed pictures of) the same thing--they bought a blue and silver mezuzah and got a black one. You can't trust this company to send you what is pictured.
This mezuzah doesn’t look anything like the picture. The blue looks black and the silver is not silver it’s dark grey
This is not at all what I received. If you tilt the mezuzah a little bit you can see blue - but this is not what I got at all. I am extremely disappointed
The picture makes it look silver and deep blue with a metallic flow, very beautiful! The actual color is almost all dark metal with little contrast. I loved the picture and was disappointed when I opened it up.
We are happy with the Angel mezuzah-blue but the color shown is not the actual color of the mezuzah. Ours is a dark muddy blue not the bright blue as shown. Aside from the color we like it.

The Angel Mezuzah was smaller than I expected. I ordered 2 and only received one. When I called about it the order, I was told an additional Mezuzah would be mailed out.
I feel that that the cost is high, after actual seeing it in person. It seems that cheap materials were used when making this specific unit.
